It depends which version you use. The
desktop app keeps all financial and tax data on your own computer - no uploads, no sync. The
online app stores your workspace on our encrypted servers in India so you can reach it from any browser.
With either version, if you switch on AI-assisted classification (off by default), a limited set of transaction data is sent to our AI sub-processor to suggest categories - transaction amounts and uploaded documents are never sent.
For your subscription we keep limited account information either way: firm name and address, mobile and email, and per-client details such as client name, FY, last opened and subscription status. Full detail is in our
