Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights over your personal data and the right to have a grievance about our handling of it addressed. This page explains how.
Most rights are self-service inside the app:

Please include: your account email, what your grievance is about, and what you would like us to do.
If you are a chartered accountant, you are the Data Fiduciary for your clients' data and you handle their requests directly, using the app's features (with our assistance where needed).
If you are a taxpayer and your data is held in ITRSimple by a CA, that CA is the Data Fiduciary - please contact them first. If you contact us, we will refer you to the CA and assist the CA in responding.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the:
Data Protection Board of India (as established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 - see the Board's official channels for the current complaint process).
